1. Eligibility You must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license and a major credit or debit card in your name to rent a vehicle from Easicarrental. Additional age restrictions and fees may apply depending on the rental location.

2. Booking and Payment All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and any other method specified at checkout. 3. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a full or partial refund. 4. Vehicle Use Policy The rented vehicle may only be used by the individual(s) listed in the rental agreement. The vehicle must not be used for: Commercial purposes without prior consent. Racing, towing, or off-roading. Transporting illegal goods or materials. Renters are responsible for any fines, penalties, tolls, or damage incurred during the rental period.

5. Insurance and Liability Standard insurance coverage is provided as per local laws. Optional insurance packages may be offered at the time of booking or pickup. The renter is liable for damage, theft, or loss of the vehicle if not adequately covered by insurance or if terms of use are violated.

6. Pickup and Return Vehicles must be picked up and returned at the agreed locations and times. Late returns may incur additional fees. Vehicles must be returned in the same condition and with the same fuel level as at pickup, unless otherwise specified.

7. Modifications Any modifications to bookings (e.g., date, time, vehicle type) are subject to availability and may result in price changes. Easicarrental reserves the right to substitute the reserved vehicle with a similar category if the original vehicle is unavailable.

8. Privacy Policy Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy , which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability Easicarrental is not liable for: Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle. Delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control.

10. Termination Easicarrental reserves the right to cancel or terminate your booking or account if: You violate these terms. Fraudulent activity is suspected. Required documentation is not provided.

11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the state/province/country in which the rental originated. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that area.
